Booking Terms

General Bookings

Upon booking, due to the uptake in no shows across hospitality a £10 per person card authentication is required for all table bookings. This will be taken via a secure platform upon making the booking; and any details entered will not be visible to any member of staff for your protection and under GDPR law.

Any cancelations must be made no later than 24 hours in advance of the booking time slot; and failing to do so will result in your card being charged the full amount of your card authentication.

Any amendments for General Bookings need to be made 12 hours in advance. If any amendment requests are put forward after the 12 hours have passed, we cannot guarantee that we can accommodation these.

A service charge of 12% is applied to all bills; however, this is discretionary and can be removed upon request. All service charge, card, and cash tips go 100% to the staff and is split equally amongst the team. All staff reserve the right to request a copy of any service charge or tip logs which shows how this is divided.

Group Bookings

For some group bookings a deposit will be requested. This will be discussed when making the booking with our restaurant team. Any deposits taken for Group Bookings will be used towards the final bill.

Any cancelations for these bookings must be done no later than 7 days prior to the booking date. If a cancelation is made past this time then the deposit will not be refunded back to the group. You can amend group numbers up to 24 hours in advance, cancellations after this point will be charged.

Pre-orders are required for most bookings of  12 or more guests.
